Many people choose the size based on the room the bed will be in, but this is actually not the right way. Of course it is not possible to buy a bigger bed if you can't fit it in, but often it is only a few centimeters that make the difference.

For example, there are several people sleeping on a guest bed who all have different builds. It is important that the person sleeping on the spare bed has enough space. You can put together an Auping bed entirely by yourself. You have already seen that the size is something you can choose yourself. Whether you are looking for a bed with a width of 180 cm and a length of 210 cm or any other size, you will find it at Auping. There are also a lot of extras to choose from for your bed. A popular extra of an Auping bed is that you can choose an electrically adjustable bed base. All Auping beds and box springs have a spiral base. You can choose from four different spiral bases. These four different options are:  

• A flat spiral base 
• A mesh base with 1 motor
• A mesh base with 2 motors 
• A 3-motor spiral base 

The 1-motor spiral base, the 2-motor spiral base and the 3-motor spiral base are all electrically adjustable. The more motors the bed base has, the more parts you can adjust. For example, a 1-motor coil base can only adjust the back section. In contrast, a 3-motor coil base can adjust all parts of the base. All sections are the back section, foot section and middle section. You can adjust your bed very easily. This is because the motors are operated with a remote control or with Auping Connect.  

Auping Connect is a small device under your electrically adjustable bed base. You operate the device via a corresponding app on a phone or tablet. With the corresponding Auping Connect app, you can easily control your smart box spring with your phone and you don't have to think about anything for a while. Except about which music you would like to be woken up with. Auping Connect even has a built-in anti-snoring function that gives a snoring partner a loving nudge. Thanks to Auping Connect, you don't have to worry about losing the remote control of your electrically adjustable guest bed since you control the bed base with your smartphone or tablet.
