Is there an error message in the app about the Wifi signal?

Your connection from your bed to the network is unstable. This may be due to the fact that the Wifi signal in the bedroom is too weak. To check this, you can connect the Auping Connect module to an electrical outlet near the router. 
Royal beds
Disconnect the Connect from the bed and place it freestanding on the floor.
Other bed models:
Disconnect the Connect from your bed. Move the Connect to a position in your bedroom closer to the router.
If you can connect, we recommend to leave the Connect in this place or boosting the Wifi signal in the bedroom.
If you are still unable to connect in the vicinity of the router after rebooting, please contact the dealer. 

The wrong bed moves when I use the app.

The icon in the app will indicate which half of the bed is left or right.
Royal: The cables are connected to the Auping Connect module incorrectly. Switch plugs 1 and 2.
Other bed: The wrong remote control has been configured.  This can be changed easily in the app.
You can use the settings menu to reconfigure your bed type. Tap the icon in the upper right corner of the screen to access the settings and tap ‘Reconfigure bed settings’. You can reconfigure the remote controls there.

The bed sticks while adjusting it using the phone or tablet. (This doesn’t happen if I operate the bed using the remote control.)

To check this, you can connect the Auping Connect module to an electrical outlet near the router. If this doesn’t work, restart the app. If you can connect, we recommend boosting the Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom.

The bed configuration in the app doesn’t match the bed  (1 bed/2 beds/simultaneous/1M/2M/3M)

Go to settings (via the icon in the upper right corner).
Select ‘Reconfigure bed settings’
Adjust the configuration by going through the installation again.

I selected the wrong kind of bed (all other/Royal)

Go to settings (via the icon in the upper right corner)
Select ‘Reconfigure bed settings’
Adjust the configuration by going through the installation again.

I have a 2M bed and it doesn’t respond to anything?

You may have selected a Royal during installation, but you have an ‘other’ bed. Reinstall the bed.
Go to settings (via the icon in the upper right corner)
Select ‘Reconfigure bed settings’
Adjust the configuration by going through the installation again.

I have a new phone. How do I operate my already installed Auping Connect using this?

After installing the app on your new phone, the available Auping Connect will be on the home network. An authorisation code must be entered that can be retrieved via the app on the old telephone.

This code can be found on the old phone under settings (icon in the upper right corner), and then ‘Share’. That’s where the code is shown.

If the old phone is no longer available, first reset the Auping Connect module (hold down the black reset button on the connection side of the module for 3 seconds) and then select ‘new installation’ in the app’s menu.
