How do I place a product in my shopping cart?
Select your preferred items in the product section and click on the blue 'Add to cart' button.
You will now be directed to your shopping cart overview. You can always view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' icon at the top of the website.
Can I modify the contents of my shopping cart?
That is possible. In the shopping basket overview you can still remove products or change the number of products by clicking on the + and - or 'remove this item'.
Would you like to add more products to your shopping cart?
Then click on 'Continue shopping' to continue shopping.
Where can I enter my discount code?
In the shopping cart overview you can click on the arrow next to the discount code. You can then add your discount code in the field and click on apply discount code.
My discount code does not work.
Unable to add the code or is the code not working? Please contact our customer service.
How do I checkout my shopping cart?
If you wish to checkout the products in your shopping cart, click on the blue "Proceed to checkout" button. You will automatically be directed to the ordering process. Follow the steps to successfully complete your shopping cart and confirm your order.
Can I have my order delivered somewhere other than my billing address?
That is possible. By default, your billing address is used as the shipping address. Would you like a different shipping address? In 'My Auping', you can change your delivery address in the address book. Enter the details of the desired delivery address here and you will receive your order at this address.
Once you have paid for your order, you can no longer change the delivery address.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, we advise you to contact the customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched.
I have not received an order and payment confirmation?
Please contact our customer service, we will investigate what went wrong and send you the order and payment confirmation again.

Can I shop safely at Auping?
When sending sensitive information, such as your payment details, we use a secure internet connection. When using a secure internet connection, the URL www. auping.com/en is preceded by https:// instead of the normal http://. The letter 's' stands for 'secure'.
We also advise you not to give anyone your customer number, password or other details concerning your Auping account.
Once you have paid for an order, you can no longer cancel it. If you have not been able to cancel the order in time, you can return it to our delivery service immediately.
Can I order spare parts?
Yes, you can. Various parts such as the gas spring or a pull cord can still be ordered. Contact the Auping shop.
