My Auping

How can I create an account?
You can click on "My Auping" at the top of the website on the right. If you are not yet a customer, you can click on "Create account" to create an account. If you want to pay for a product from the shopping basket, you can also choose to create an account.

  • When registering, please enter your personal and log-in details carefully. These details will be used to dispatch your order.
  • If you get the message "An account already exists with the same e-mail address", then there is already an account for this e-mail address. In this case, use a different e-mail address or indicate that you have forgotten your password on the login page. You will then receive an email from us to create a new password.

I can't log in?
If you cannot log in, first check that you have entered your e-mail address and user name correctly. If you get the message "I was unable to log in. Please try again", this often means that you do not have an account yet.

Logout
For your own privacy and security, please log out after visiting our website, so that no one else can access your personal data. If you click on 'My Auping' at the top of the website, you can log out on this page by clicking on the blue 'Log out' button.

Forgotten password?
Have you forgotten your password? Then request a new password. Click on 'My Auping' on the top right-hand side of the website and then on 'Forgotten password? Enter the e-mail address of your account. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to create a new password.

How do I change my account data?
When you are logged in, click on 'My Auping' at the top of the website. You will now be directed to your account page. At the bottom, under account management, you can change your details or password. You can also change your details directly via 'change details' on the left-hand side. These changes are not processed for completed orders, but they are processed for new orders.

What is my order number?
When you are logged in, click on 'My Auping' at the top of the website. You will now arrive at your account page. Here, you can click on 'My orders' on the right-hand side. In the left column, you can find your order numbers.

What is my invoice number?
When you are logged in, click on 'My Auping' at the top of the website. You will now arrive at your account page. Here, you can click on 'My orders' on the right-hand side. Now choose 'Booked invoice details' under 'Type'. In the right column you will see the invoice number of your order.

My order status is "In progress". What does this mean?
Your order has been paid and is being prepared for shipment. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice from us via e-mail. This will also contain your DHL Track & Trace code, which will be activated as soon as DHL has taken over your order. When you have ordered a mattress, our delivery and installation partner Montrieurs will make an appointment with you.

My order status is "Completed". What does this mean?
DHL has picked up your order and will deliver it to your home the next working day. You can track your order via the DHL Track & Trace code. When you have ordered a mattress and it has been delivered and installed at your home, you will receive the delivery confirmation by e-mail, together with your invoice.

What happens to my data?
We handle all customer data we receive with care. We will only use it to communicate about your online order. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your data to send our newsletter. Your e-mail address will only be used for marketing purposes if you have given your express consent (opt-in). Your e-mail address will not be sold or rented to third parties.
